By submitting your work (including text, images, designs, or any other materials) to Fox & Craft, you agree to the following:

1. You own what you send us.
   You confirm that the work you’re submitting is your own, or that you have full permission to share it for editorial use.

2. You give us permission to share it.
   By submitting, you grant Fox & Craft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish your materials on our website, social media, newsletters, and other editorial platforms. We may crop or lightly edit images and text for clarity or formatting, but we’ll always do our best to preserve your voice and intent.

3. Credit matters.
   We believe in giving credit where it’s due. If there are photographers, collaborators, or studios that should be named, please let us know in your submission.

4. Not everything gets published.
   We review all submissions, but we can’t feature everything we receive. If your work is selected, we may reach out for more info, images, or to schedule a follow-up.

5. You can always withdraw.
   If you change your mind after submitting, just send us a message. We’ll pause publication or take it down if it’s already live, no drama.

6. We’re not liable for external use.
   While we do our best to protect creator rights, we can’t control how third parties may share or reference published content once it’s online.
